The new year in India is celebrated on "Diwali' which is also a festival of lights. The day is filled with good cheer, hope, joy, new clothes, an exchanges of sweets and gifts, and lots of fireworks. The homes are cleaned and decorated, and lit with lights, and lamps. In this painting I share the feeling of excitement and joy with the symbols of the day.

While my life demands left-brain productivity, my right brain always seeks expression. I am a business consultant by day and an artist by heart. Art allows me the freedom to dissolve all borders, and explore with my imagination. So as a citizen of the earth, and a an amazing universe, I have made it my mission to gather world colors through my art. I have previously exhibited in galleries in Phoenix, Glendale, Surprise, Flagstaff and in New York.
